Video recording and editing software for reflective practice

Hi,

I propose to use recorded snippets of early years professionals practice as a catalyst for developing reflective practice. Can anybody recommend easy to use software that I can edit, time stamp and comment on these recordings. This project is for my M.Ed. thesis.

I agree with Hassan, Premiere is really good. You can get education pricing for Adobe also and pay monthly
Alternatively, I've always recommended Sony Vegas Platinum to schools - as you can get it for about $40 and it's intuitive and has a much lower learning curve.
