Student Management System - Login issues - security compromised?

Hello All, 

I wonder has anyone encountered this problem and/or perhaps be in a position to recommend a solution. 

My colleagues in school and I are encountering a warning message when we try to access secure login to our account with e-chipmunk. The message is that the connection is not private and that "Attackers might be trying to steal your information from ****.sms.lurtel.ie (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards)."

Has anyone encountered this issue or maybe someone could recommend a course of action I should try?

I've contacted the provider Lurtel in Galway tonight and hope to talk to them in the morning.
