Hello all,

A shot in the dark here. Looking for anyone who may have access to spare/unused devices that would give students access to online Office 365 access for a DEIS school.

Vyta (https://vyta.com/our-services/refurbished-it/) were previously known as AMI and had a connection to a non-profit called Camara. Between them, they had a programme that channeled refurbished hardware to schools in need (at first in Africa and then UK / Ireland). 

No idea if the programme is still operating but no harm asking. Due to data privacy, any good source is going to involve data destruction / validation these days. A lot of companies end up with devices with no disks as a result. 😢

Might be worth a shot.

Hi Paddy,

How many devices are you looking for? I have a number of old desktops and some laptops that need a few bits and pieces to get them in working order.

(and by working order, I mean as Chromeboxes) - you can run the online version of Office 365 perfectly fine on Chrome.
