Scratch programming and Numeracy in Senior Primary Classes (NCTE/Lero)

Aimed at teachers of 4th, 5th and 6th classes, this free summer course uses the visual programming language Scratch (a free to download program) to support the mathematics curriculum strands. Participating teachers  will learn to create a project to support the development and assessment of pupils’ mathematical skills. Places on this course can be booked through the network of local education centres.

This looks great Fred! I think I might sign up to one of these. I know how to use Scratch but not sure how effective I am with integrating it into maths, etc.

I would like to do this course but will not be able to attend at the
education centres. Is this course available online?
