VSware SMS issues

Hi all, 

I'm just wondering if anyone is experiencing issues with SMS notifications from Vsware? Some SMS messages are being received by staff but not by others.

Those not receiving get no new message alert or ping but yet a search of all their SMS shows the missing message in the search results.

Its across different phone networks too.
any thoughts welcome.

Yes, both my husband and I (different schools) had several messages during midterm and last Sunday night. The messages are s&s notifications for classes dating back to early October that already had attendance completed.

The messages arrived at random times including during the night.

Similar experience here for me too over the midterm break. Was sent messages that had been sent back in September and October.
