Dear CESI Community,

You are warmly invited to attend or express interest in joining a panel for:

CHAT@Trinity: Access to STEM – AT Supporting Inclusive Classrooms

📍 Trinity College Dublin
📅 Friday, 6th June 2025
🕑 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
🎟️ In-person only | Free entry with refreshments & networking

FreedomTech hosts this CHAT (Community Hub for Accessible Technology) event in partnership with Fighting Blindness and Trinity Civic Engagement for Societal Impact and will bring together educators, technologists, and innovators to explore how Assistive Technology (AT) and inclusive practices are transforming access to STEM in schools.

We are especially interested in voices from the CESI community who are working on:

  • Inclusive STEM teaching practices
  • AT or UDL approaches in digital learning
  • Projects supporting underrepresented learners in computing, coding, or STEM

The event will include:

  • Guest speakers from national and international programmes
  • A 30-minute panel discussion (we’d love some of you to join!)
  • Short presentations from projects like DigiCoach, Vision Code,  NLN, and more
  • Informal networking and refreshments

💡 Interested in speaking or joining the panel?
Please email sarah....@sjog.ie by Friday, 30th May, with a short line about your project or interest.
