Hello all,
This term, I am continuing to look at the area of feedback to writing. I have developed this questionnaire to get some ideas from experienced colleagues. If you are interested in the area of feedback, could you please take a few minutes to complete the attached questionnaire. I would be very happy to receive your replies!

Although the attachment seems to be a Word document, I am not able to save it so that I can make responses and post it back to the forum. The only way seems to be to print it off then make the responses in pen and scan it, then attach to my reply.

Hi Ross,
If you click "download" and then "open" you should be able to complete
it.
