Transparency.dev Summit 2026 updates

Hi everyone,

A few quick updates about the Transparency.dev Summit 2026!

• Registration is still open, and if you register before August 16th (and are attending in person) you will get a free event T-shirt!  Please note that this year registration will close on 20th September, over a week before the summit starts.  This is because we have to give a finalised attendee list to the venue before the event.
• There will be an evening reception at the venue on the first day of the summit, Tuesday 29th September, and the evening of Wednesday 30th September will be free time.  I will look into activities in the area and can provide a list of fun activities/recommended restaurants for Wednesday evening if that's something people would find useful.
• In addition to the main event happening from the start of Tuesday 29th September through until lunch time on Thursday 1st October, we have a smaller room booked for the Thursday afternoon.  This is unscheduled overflow time specifically for if there are conversations that started during the event that need more time to continue.  This was something that was mentioned would have been useful for last year, and we aim to please!

Please register as soon as you can and encourage anyone else you know who is planning to attend to register asap too!  Additionally, a reminder that the CFP is still open, so get those talk proposals in!
