New Static CT Log Implementation: Azul

Hi folks,

We just published a blog post announcing Azul, our new Static CT API log implementation, along with two test logs running entirely on Cloudflare Workers. There are also some Rust crates implementing various C2SP specs that may be useful outside the context of CT.

There's still some work to be done before the implementation is production-ready, but we'd welcome your feedback!
