Sudden Surge of New/Updated Certificates

Hi everyone.

I noticed that there seems a sudden surge of updated or newly registered in these known logs:

• argon2022
• argon2023
• xenon2022
• xenon2023

I'm not sure what causes that surge. Or is there really any? Thanks for the explanation. :)
