Certificate Transparency doesn't have any built-in indexing, so there's no efficient way to monitor logs directly for a set of domains.

What you can do instead is use any number of services which get the full CT log data and allow monitoring domains.

Some examples I'm aware of include:

1. https://redsift.com/pulse-platform/certificates
2. https://sslmate.com/certspotter/
