Hi Ethan.  From messages on the ct-policy list, I presume the customization you're looking for is leaf serverAuth certificates that embed a quorum of SCTs compliant with the browser CT policies _plus_ 2 SCTs signed by the CT log mimics.  Per https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/g/ct-policy/c/qY3aOKr5-sU/m/9QdCM91MCwAJ, it is still Sectigo's intent to provide this service, although I don't yet have an ETA for when it will be available.
