cert-manager v1.20.0 released

Dear cert-manager community,

We have released cert-manager v1.18.0 a few new features. Among others, cert-manager now supports Gateway API's ListenerSet, the Gateway API HTTP-01 ACME Issuer is now easier to use (you no longer have to fill in `parentRefs`), and you can now use Azure DNS Private zones with the DNS-01 ACME Issuer.
