Using external CA as the Issuer with Cert-Manager

Hi Team,

Greetings!

I am trying to install an externally generated issuer in cluster for signing leaf certs.

Seeing issue in creating the certificate object out of the existing CA certificate.

Can someone please help with steps to use an external CA as the issuer with Cert-Manager ?
