where to put issuer.yaml

Hi there,

i want to create Acme ClusterIssuer with lets say issuer.yaml and use kubectl apply -f issuer.yaml to add a resource. But where should i put my yaml to by able to apply it? it shows me that the path to the yaml does not exist.
