How do I resolve this error message? I have seen discussion here from 2012 and 2015, but have not seen its solution.

I am using MATLAB R2016a with CERR Version 5.1 18-Nov-2015.

I open CERR via 'CERR' command after adding all subfolders via 'Set Path' in the Home tab. I have in one folder, together with a MATLAB file generated from dicomrt2matlab,

1 RT Dose file, 128 RT Image files, 1 RT Plan file, and 1 RT Structure Set file.

It is this folder I select for 'DICOM Import'. Here is troubling output from the MATLAB main console; I've omitted portions that seem normal:

Hi Daniel,

These messages won't affect the data import or any of CERR's functionality.

1. The dose message: the default dose to be displayed can be set via CERROptions.m. In tbe absence of the default dose, CERR displays the first in your plan. That's what the message says.

2. The java awt related messages are related to Matlab graphics. They won't affect the data import.

3. The javaclasspath message is displayed because CERR tries to add the dcm4che libraries to path. Since you have these on your path already, a warning is issued.
