Dear all,

I have a problem running CERR.

While running CERR, the following error occurs :

' Undefined variable "org" or class "org.dcm4che2.io.DicomInputStream'.

When I get to the function where the error message comes from,

I read the following comments:

% You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License

% along with CERR. If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.

% import org.dcm4che2.io.*

% import org.dcm4che2.data.*

In fact, there are the same messages in many CERR functions.

Would you help me to solve the above problem ?

Thank you in advance for your help and assistance.

Best Regards,

Dr. David Silvern

I get the same error message when using 'scandir_mldcm' from command
line i.e.
>>dcmdir = scandir_mldcm('/path/to/folder/');"

Intrigued by the commented-out 'import' commands in scandir and
scanfile suurce-code, I executed them from command-line.

>> import org.dcm4che2.io.*

causes no error, which suggests that the paths are set up correctly

>> import org.dcm4che2.io.DicomInputStream

causes the following error

??? Error using ==> import
Import argument 'org.dcm4che2.io.DicomInputStream' cannot be found or
cannot be imported.

I'm running matlab 2011a in windows XP and have JRE version 5.0.
