Hi,

Is there a way to auto-contour lungs which seems pretty easy to implement. I tried to use manual contouring --> threshold but could not figure out how to use it properly. Can anyone help me out?

Thank you.

There is a CNN model available to run from CERR that segments lungs, esophagus, spinal cord, heart and proximal bronchial tree. Here is a link to a demo notebook runnable on Google Colab with sample data from IDC.

Looks fancy. I will try it out and report results later. Thank you Aditya.
