zero dose from TOPS RT Dose

HI CERR users~
I have some problems with the dose distribution for my TPS RT_DOSE results. 
After importing the CT image and the RT dose file, I checked the dose distribution.
There is a part with zero doses as shown in this figure. 

When I check with another viewer program (dicompyler or 3Dslicer), the same area is not zero doses. 

Rather than, the area marked zero doses in CERR is shown a relatively high dose area in other programs.
Could anyone handle this problem?

DoHyeon – any chance you can share anonymized DICOM?

 

Also, I see that there are multiple doses. Just making sure that you compared the same dose in all the systems.
