Fix for Issue #70: 'POSSIBLE PROGRAMMING ERROR'

Hey folks,

I just committed a fix for Issue #70:

This issue was causing a good number of annoying log entries that look
like this:

POSSIBLE PROGRAMMING ERROR: Class
'org.danann.cernunnos.script.ScriptTask' has an empty collection of
SUBTASKS

You shouldn't see that anymore. What's more, If similar messages
start showing up in reference to a different Task impl, this
enhancement provides a way to deal with it
