Problems writeback

Hi Cerner team,

Could you shed some light into how does a Problems section in a chart map to the Condition endpoint?  

1. Confirming that passing the category as problem-list-item using the Condition endpoint will add the entry to the Problems List in the EHR?
2. For the Problems to be associated as a 'This Visit', is it based on inserting the 'encounter field as part of the input parameter?
3. How can we tag a problem list as 'Chronic' to the above 'Actions' using the API call?
4. Will the problems added through the API call be added to the Assessment and Plan section of the Chart?

1. 1. you need to put the category of encounter-diagnosis

1. How can we tag a problem list as 'Chronic' to the above 'Actions' using the API call?

1. 1. use the category problem-list-item

1. Will the problems added through the API call be added to the Assessment and Plan section of the Chart?

1. 1. that is client configurable.
