Slot availability in Sandbox

Hi,

Seeing weird Slot availability in Sandbox and trying to figure out if it's an intended setup, or I'm doing something wrong.

Querying all slots in Location 21304876 for 2021-10-11

Getting resultset with 50 entries, no pagination.

All available slots only between:
13:00:00 UTC - 13:45:00 UTC (15 min duration) - 4 slots
and
21:00:00 UTC - 21:45:00 UTC (15 min duration) - 4 slots

No matter what day I choose in the future I get the same 8 slots available, and nothing in-between.
Have tried different service types as well, with the same picture.

Please advise.

Since this our public Sandbox, that's how our slot would have been scheduled for the purpose of testing.
