Cerner Millennium's Database?

Begin booing and hissing... this is a question from a guy who works on an Epic system. 
[Pitchforks down, please!]

As you may know, Epic is on InterSystem's Cache' database, which is derived from the M[UMPS] key-value database. In fact, Epic only uses ANSI standard M for core code. 

I'm wondering what Cerner's Millennium uses. I always thought it was also MUMPS based, but what I'm seeing leads me to believe it is Oracle with a custom query language (CCL). Is that right?
