Telecom rank not updating

Hi! I'm sending the following patchset to the sandbox:

I added rank as of http://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/r4/individuals/patient/#replace-telecom-rank.

Response is 200, the value updates, but the rank does not. Why could this be?

Hi Tute,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Currently rank is not being returned, we are now looking into returning it on reads.
