404s returned from closed sandbox /Binary upon requesting DiagnosticReports

Hello!

• Issue Summary: I'm using the exact urls returned by the /DiagnosticReport-endpoint to query the /Binary-endpoint for pdfs in the closed sandbox api, but all I get back are 404 errors. In addition to the urls being returned by the /DiagnosticReport endpoint, the Documents are viewable via PowerChart, so I think they should be available.

Is there an issue with the closed sandbox /Binary-endpoint?

The issue should be resolved now.  The document is now retrievable through the Binary endpoint:
