Failed to register your SMART app

Hi, I am using the sandbox environment  https://code.sandboxcerner.com/  to create an app,  

but I got the error "Failed to register your SMART app"  ,

my accountID is 798c37d3-20a1-45a1-ae77-64318fec6255

by the way , when I register a system app, i need to fill the GUID, it this my account id?

You can create an App on our Code Portal at: https://code.cerner.com/developer/smart-on-fhir/apps

However, looks like there already exists a System App with the client ID: 798c37d3-20a1-45a1-ae77-64318fec6255, created by one of your colleagues.

One System Account can be associated with only 1 System App.

yes,  i have one that can login to https://cernercentral.com/system-accounts/ ,   but strange that i can login, but no accounts exist....
