We will be making the following Breaking change in order to make encounter as mandatory field for R4 Immunization resource on update operation:
The Immunization resource requires the encounter field to be populated on an update operation.
The change will be deployed to production on 22 July 2021.

- If the encounter field is not populated on Provider and System Persona, a 422 status code is returned.
- If encounter field is present , transaction is successful with 200 Status code.
