Generate billing charges in Cerner using CPT and Diagnosis codes

Hello,

Our system generates monthly billing for the patients.

We need to generate billing charges in Cerner using CPT and Diagnosis codes.

I explored the API documentation but did not find any API that can fulfil our requirement. 

Is there any paid services where we can get such APIs.

Regarding the same i can see there is new API listed at https://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/r4/financial/general/charge-item/ (Its listed as BETA)

Is this the API that i should use for creating charges for patient using CPT and ICD10 codes?

As of today, ChargeItem resource can be used only for reads and search and not create.
