Issue :GET https://fhir-open.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/DocumentReference?patient=12724066&encounter=97954225

Is not returning any data as before.

Reason : Encounter =97954225 is not available. Available encounters for above call are 97963139,97961877 and 97961811.

But GET https://fhir-open.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/Encounter?patient=12724066 does not have any of the mentioned encounters.

Both calls are used in sequence for our implementation of GET Document Reference.

Same issue happens for patient reference :12742400.

These are the only two provided patient references on https://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/r4.

Hello,

I don't understand your question.
All the encounters mentioned above (97963139, 97961877, 97954225 and 97961811) are available for the 12724066

If you search for Encounters https://fhir-open.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/Encounter?patient=12724066 you should get all of the above mentioned Encounters back. Remember, you may need to perform paging to get all the relevant Encounters.

The reason DocRef endpoint https://fhir-open.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/DocumentReference?patient=12724066&encounter=97954225 returns empty might be because there might be no documents associated with that particular patient and Encounter.

Thanks,
Fenil
