Hi,
I can able to get the ServiceRequest for Fundus Photography in R4. By using the ServiceRequest i scheduled for fundus photography in my application. After opthamalogist reviwed the
report, i want to update the status of the ServiceRequest as "Completed" to Cerner. Currently there is no option so can i create a encounter diagnosis for the fundus photography with encounter
referrence in the R4 Condition API. Is it a correct way.

Can you please suggest the above is right one.

Thanks,
Thiyagu.

You are correct that the ServiceRequest cannot be updated. Condition does allow for the create workflow as you mention.

Unfortunately, those that monitor this group support the technical implementation of Cerner's FHIR APIs and won't have knowledge on the clinical workflows.

Thanks,

You will need to work with a client to determine a proper workflow. Otherwise, a functional review does not happen until you join the code program and go through a validation [1].
