Posting HTML, PDF and RTF documents via FHIR Document Reference Resource

We’ve an issue where we are unable to post the HTML, PDF and textual format documents in Cerner using the FHIR Document Reference Resource.

JSON bundle seems to be in correct format as it creating the event set in Cerner document hierarchy. However, we are not seeing any documents in PowerChart.

When posting the FHIR Document Reference Resourse we receive a 500 Internal Error message.

 

The questions are:

1.       Do we need perform any additional Cerner build steps to post the HTML, PDFs, and text documents? I had to do this for HL7 ORU messages.

2.       If yes, then what are these steps please? Is this something our AMS (Application Management) team could do or raise it with Cerner FHIR/Cloud support team?

We’ve attempted a post this morning and the x-request-id is 1714ef3b9823c9dbdec125b6273a59ce.

This is our Cerner local build domain and not in the sandbox. Is that going to be a problem?
