Public Github Account Prerequisite from FAQ

Hi,

I've been reviewing the FAQ here (https://code.cerner.com/faqs). Under the 'Technical' section at the bottom is says a prerequisite is to have a public Github account.

What is this needed for?

It is an outdated statement and is not required for using our APIs. It is what is used in our tutorial [1] though!
