R4 Capability Statement change

[Cerner FHIR Developers]

Cerner’s Open Platform will be releasing the following breaking change for the R4 Capability Statement resource. 

• This change will return the latest FHIR version to comply with current HL7 standards.
  • Reference: http://hl7.org/fhir/directory.html
• We will be updating the FHIR version from "4.0.0" to "4.0.1". 

This change will be deployed to production on 11/18/2021

UPDATE

On November 18, 2021 Cerner's Open API deployed a change to CapabilityStatement updating it to version 4.0.1. This was a known breaking change that was announced in both this Google group and on Cerner's Release Notes Wiki page. These announcements were thirty days prior to the deployment in accordance with established breaking change expectations. Unfortunately this change caused severe workflow interruptions to some clients so the decision was made to revert this change. This change to CapabilityStatement is scheduled to now deploy on January 13th, 2022

Please note that the above change will be deployed to production on 27th Jan 2022. The CapabilityStatement will be updated to FHIR version "4.0.1"
