Hi!
I didn't receive refresh token when call the token end point only received ID_TOKEN and ACCESS_TOKEN and practitioner patient ids.
X-Request-id:f9ed4675f1c53513c61a3b3b4e259876

Hello,

I'm not able to find any request for the x-request-Id. Can you confirm the X-Request-Id or provide a new one.
Also, it would be helpful if you could provide the clientID of your Application.

Your Authorization request does not include onlines_access/offline_access scope and hence the refresh token is not returned.
