mismatched-identity

Hello, I have two apps in code console, one for patient and one for providers.  Both registered as those App Types.  Provider is working fine but with the Patient app i keep getting 'mismatched-identity' in the redirect.  I have tried a different browser and cleared all cookies, i do specifically logon as a patient, but I keep getting thiserror. 

Any tips?

Hi -

Good morning.  This is my first post to this group.  Trying to get my FHIR app to launch against Cerner Code, and I'm encountering the same error as identified by the OP.

I've done my best to ensure my scope is correct, I know the redirect URI is good because I ran into issues with a trailing slash and I got an error about that, but I've gotten past that issue, it appears that the error is occurring towards the end of the authentication handshake, but it's just not clear to me what is going on or how to resolve it.
