Open sandbox has many 404

In testing against the open sandbox for DiagnosticReports a query works then a few minutes later it gives a 404. What is causing this?  There is no change in my code.

Could you please post some X-Request-Ids which are returned in the response headers? This will help us in investigating this issue.
