Allergies, Home Medication and Medication orders.. which are supported bi-directionally?

Subject says it all I guess.  from the documentation I read, I'm thinking that the api could be used to retrieve these from Cerner, but it is not yet ready to be used to send new entries into Cerner?

Hi Chris, thanks for reaching out. All of our documentation is available at http://fhir.cerner.com/. As of today, we just have read support for our MedicationOrder and MedicationStatement resources. As we add additional resources, support additional capabilities, etc we will update our documentation at http://fhir.cerner.com/.
