How can my development team work together on our SMART on FHIR app?

It seems Cerner Code only has support for individual personal accounts? 

How do I link those accounts together?

This functionality is in development! Currently, you would need to have a shared CernerCare account for everyone who needs access.

We do this by having a private Google Group for the email address and storing the credentials in a shared vault in 1password.  That way any of the team members in the group can respond to maintenance/authentication emails.
