Cerner system account and app registration

Hi Team,

We have finished development and testing with the sandbox. We are using system account to perform FHIR API calls.  In terms of preparing for getting the app summited and approved, do we need to following the below instructions but just select prod when create a system account?

And once we get a prod system account created, do we need to create a new app for prod under https://code.cerner.com/developer/smart-on-fhir/apps?
