I want to post the vital signs data to FHIR cerner Observations

Do you have the options to post/writes the patient vital signs data to cerner using FHIR Onservations. Means do you have the POST API for Observations. I see only the GET API

Our documentation on https://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/dstu2/diagnostic/observation/ is a complete list of our available functionality for Observations - we expose only GETs.

You can also double check using our sandbox server's conformance statement:

Note that Observation has only the 'search-type' interaction, and not the 'create' interaction.

I'd like to do the same thing as you yet find the same limitation. My short term plan is to post my Observations to an external service like HealthVault and then display them to the provider via a SMART page.
