Notes and C-CDAs using Cerner FHIR services

Hi, can someone from the Cerner team please let me know if the following notes/data sets can be retrieved using existing Cerner FHIR offerings? 

Advanced Directives

Consult Notes

Discharge Summary

History and Physician Notes

Procedure Notes

Operative Notes

C-CDAs

I have reviewed the list of FHIR resources that are currently available and not sure if any existing resource can provide the above described data. Any feedback I can get on if an how this information can be retrieved using FHIR services that would be greatly appreciated.

Since I haven't seen any response for this post, is it safe to assume that currently we cannot retrieve the following data using existing Cerner FHIR offering? Can someone please confirm this for me or is there a way to get all this data from Cerner FHIR server?

Hi, Amy!

You can retrieve a C-CDA document using a combination of DocumentReference [1] and Binary [2] resource calls.  We do not at this point support the ability of querying for general clinical notes you listed out.

Is there any update to this, as far as whether/when there will be support for retrieving general clinical notes using the FHIR interface? I have a request to retrieve ED Physician Notes in a text (machine readable) format to support NLP and we would like to use FHIR if possible.

Hi, Scott!

Yes, we do support ability to search for clinical notes [1] or retrieve notes by id [2].  This ability has been in production since January 2018.  Just for reference, we publish our release notes here [3] if you want to keep an eye on future updates.
