DiagnosticReport no data being returned

I found a patient in our non-prod domain and i have an fhir app whitelisted for that domain. I am able to get various data elements using different resources. However i am not getting data when i call DiagnosticReport. I know that the patient i am using has few cultures tests done and i can see textual results in Powerchart under results tab under BACTERIOLOGY section. However those results are not being returned for some reason. Can this be a mapping issue?

Can someone look at my request?

Hi, 

The only results that will show for DiagnosticReport currently are radiology types. No other type of report would show.

If there is a discrete result (eg: measurement or string rather than just a document or note), you may be able to find it under Observation.

We plan to extend the functionality of the DiagnosticReport resource to cover additional functional areas in the longer term.  No immediate changes are planned at this time.
