Tenant not Valid or Accessible

I am trying to get the metadata from our endpoint and am getting the message:

Tenant [ID] not valid or accessible

I am not sure if this is an issue with the service or the request though. Any guidance?

Hi Phil,

Are you using the *fhir-open* endpoint?  Can you switch to using *fhir-ehr* host instead?  We only allow our Sandbox tenant to be accessible via the open endpoint.
