The R4 Observation resource now follows the U.S. Core Smoking Status Observation Profile specification for using LOINC code 72166-2 (Tobacco Smoking Status).

LOINC code 88028-6 (Tobacco Use Panel) is now returned for the Social History category of Tobacco
LOINC code 72166-2 (Tobacco Smoking Status) is returned only for Social History Tobacco Use.

Previously, LOINC code 72166-2 (Tobacco Smoking Status) was returned for both the Social History Tobacco and Social History Tobacco Use categories.

The change will be deployed to Production on 25-July-2022
