Hello,

I would like to enquire about the following:

We used Api urls from this list you posted on github (ignite). We noticed that some of the custodians have the same name and the same address however different Endpoints.

For instance: Billings Clinic, 2800 10th Ave N, Billings, MT 59107-0703 or Wood County Hospital, 950 W Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43402-2603 and others. May I know why they have more than one api endpoints in the list but they seem to be the same facility/pracitice/custodian?
