Does Cerner Millenium or Soarian support FHIRcast integration?

Hi,

We do not currently support FHIRCast, but have been participating in the development/balloting of that standard.

Would the alternative for eventing be to leverage OpenEngine/OPENLink solution for Millenium?

I'm not aware of any functionality that would trigger the interface based on the user's active signed on session/application. Most events trigger on data updates and writes once committed, whereas FHIRCast triggers when the user looks at different charts. Said in a different way, FHIRCast is closer to the CCOW standard (what it is intended to replace/improve) and traditional interfaces are closer to the FHIR Subscription concept.

Regards,
Jenni
