Cerner chart deficiency

These questions are a bit random but relate to our ongoing integration work with Cerner which is mostly done via FHIR and HL7.  Not sure if this is the appropriate forum. 

Does Cerner have a chart deficiency process?

If so, do you know if it can be used to flag missing documentation on a patient’s chart?  (e.g.  create a deficiency if a procedure was done but no procedure note was written)

Can the deficiency process be triggered via HL7 messages (create deficiencies and resolve deficiencies)?

 

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.  Any insight you can provide would be very help.  Also, if this is not the right forum to answer these questions, let me know if you have a suggestion on where to find additional information.

This group is focused on discussions of our FHIR API capabilities.  The group monitoring this space does not engage in general discussion of Cerner solution capabilities outside of FHIR APIs.  I would recommend doing some searches on this topic on uCern solution forums and//or Reference Pages or possibly reaching out to your Cerner CRE for support.
