I am using the same Basic token that I use for patient, appt, etc to get the Bearer Token for Slot.read.  I verified that the application that I signed up has every realm possible.The token gets returned.

When making this request:

I am getting
{
    "resourceType""OperationOutcome",
    "issue": [
        {
            "severity""error",
            "code""forbidden",
            "diagnostics""Bearer realm=\"fhir-ehr.cerner.com\", error=\"insufficient_scope\"",
            "expression": [
                "http.Authorization"
            ]
        }
    ]
}

You are missing the slot.read scope in your token.  You must add it to your token request.
