Hello,

I have copied the tutorial application code from GitHub and put it on
Tomcat 8.0.30.

Then I have created an application on the Code platform with the following details:

SMART Launch URI: http://localhost:8080/smart-on-fhir-tutorial-gh-pages/example-smart-app/launch.html

Redirect URI: http://localhost:8080/smart-on-fhir-tutorial-gh-pages/example-smart-app/

App Type: provider

FHIR Spec: dstu2 - "https://fhir-ehr-code.cerner.com/dstu2/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d"

Authorized: true

Standard Scopes:

launch

profile

fhirUser

openid

online_access

Patient Scopes:

patient/Observation.read

patient/Patient.read

After clicking on the "Begin Testing" button, selecting a patient, and and keying in the User Id and Password  I am getting the error

Failed to call FHIR Service

On the browser console  I can see the following errors:

Thanks for the information!
Actually what I wanted was x-request-id from the response header. to track down your issue.

Thanks,

Can you try using the R4 instead of DSTU2?
There is a known issue where some of the DSTU2 API calls are failing.
