Cerner Smart on FHIR App (System App)

Dear,
We are working with smart on fhir app (system app). We want to use this app to utilize the patient information and other scopes which defined in the smart app.
Kindly help us to understand authorization documentation regarding urls , request parameter and where we can get the parameters and other API's to create a GET , POST API's that allow us from the smart app.
